5、商务部消息，1－8月，我国累计对外直接投资7751.2亿元（折合1180.6亿美元），同比增长53.3%；对外承包工程新签合同额8716.8亿元（折合1327.7亿美元），同比增长6.2%；8月末，我国在外各类劳务人员97.8万人。呈现特点包括，对外投资区域仍呈集中态势，发达国家和地区增长迅速等。

6、中证网消息，从工信部获悉，《绿色制造工程实施指南（2016－2020年）》正式发布。实施指南提出四大重点任务，包括传统制造业绿色化改造示范推广，资源循环利用绿色发展示范应用，绿色制造技术创新及产业化示范应用，绿色制造体系构建试点。

7、商务部发布《关于申请公开部分企业原油、成品油进出口资质信息的统一答复》。截至目前，国内所有交易场所均未向商务部申请原油、成品油进出口资质，商务部未核准任何交易场所原油、成品油进出口资质。

8、中国经营报消息，财政部对个人收入信息问题的研究已经有两年以上时间，目前这项工作仍在持续推进中。在企业年金和个人商业保险健康相继纳入个税抵扣范围后，个税递延型养老保险方案的探讨也在推进中。从上海开始申报首个税递延型养老保险试点以来，预计年内出台方案的可能性较大，这将成为当前个税改革一个重要的突破口。
